Janice Lee, President

Janice is a senior at San Marcos High School. She takes art classes and plays piano outside of 1must. Some of her hobbies include baking, skiing, and ceramics. She has also been volunteering at North Coast Calvary Chapel working with the Children’s Ministry for 3 years. She has been tutoring the kids in 1Must for over 2 years and hopes to build greater relationships with them.

Ben Goldberg, Vice President - Finance

Ben is a senior at Torrey Pines High School. He loves math, teaching, and playing badminton with friends. He is passionate about wellness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He is committed to the 1Must community and is grateful for the opportunity to witness our students grow every week through this program.

Sophia Hu, Vice President - Interior

Sophia is a student at Torrey Pines High School, and she loves spending her free time on dance, ceramics, and robotics. Her favorite part about 1Must is planning the Science Project Days for the kids to learn about STEM/engineering!

Jacob Lawrence, Vice President - External

My Name is Jacob Lawrence. I am a helper at 1Must and have been at 1Must for close to 3 years. I am a senior in high school. I have a passion for community development and service and hope to see the wonderful kids of city heights thrive.

Clayton Huang, Treasurer

Clayton is a sophomore at Del Norte Highschool interested in pursuing medicine, stemming from a genuine interest in helping others, which led him to join 1must. He enjoys playing badminton, sleeping, and hanging out with friends

Evyn Zhao, Secretary

Evyn Zhao is a sophomore at Classical Academy High School. He loves to connect with the students at 1Must and is excited to work with the rest of the team this year. Outside of tutoring, he plays tennis, the piano, and also participates in robotics. He is dedicated to 1Must and aims to continue helping our students grow and learn every week.
